Run on ICA
Illumina Connected Analytics supports the following methods for launching DRAGEN TruSight Oncology 500 ctDNA analysis.

Autolaunch—Stream run data directly from the instrument to ICA via a specially configured sample sheet and automatically begin DRAGEN TSO 500 ctDNA Analysis Software analysis. |

Manual launch—Initiate DRAGEN TSO 500 ctDNA Analysis Software analysis on ICA using the run files and sample sheet files in the project. |
Requirements
Analysis on ICA requires an account with a valid subscription and a project with the following configuration.

For Manual launch, Entitlement is TSO 500. |
|
•
|
For Manual launch, Bundle (TSO 500) is linked to the project. |
|
•
|
Run files are uploaded to the project or linked from another project via the project connector. |
