Select the Targets tabs to view information about the targets in the design.

Name |
Displays the type of target and a unique ID automatically assigned by DesignStudio. |

Chromosome |
The chromosome number. |

Start |
The base pair coordinate for the start position of the target. |

End |
The base pair coordinate for the stop position of the target. |
||||||||||||
|
Probes |
The number of probes designed to cover the target. |

|
Gaps |
The number of subregions that DesignStudio could not cover. |
||||||||||||
|
Probe Spacing |
The center-to-center spacing of the enrichment probes within the region of interest. Refer to Panel and Probe Settings. |
||||||||||||
|
Coverage |
The percentage of target bases covered by the probes. |
||||||||||||

State |
The target state. Acceptable values:
