XLEAP-SBS Chemistry Quick Reference
This section provides an overview of the ways in which using the XLEAP-SBS chemistry impacts how users interact with the NextSeq 1000/2000 Sequencing System. To use XLEAP-SBS chemistry, there are compatibility requirements and procedural changes that must be followed. Those compatibility requirements and procedural changes are outlined here. For greater detail, refer to XLEAP-SBS Sequencing Protocol.
The following software updates are customer-installable. For installation instructions for both online and offline installations, refer to the NextSeq 1000/2000 Control Software v1.7 Customer Release Notes on the Illumina Support Site.
